Mac and Ramón Mac is our Chief of Security Wendy Lewis Wendy is a Cherry Grove Resident and The Hotel Operations Manager Tony Tony is The Grove Hotel & Ice Palace Marketing and Promotions Manager. Tony also Dj's the weekend Pool Parties. Sal Piro Sal, is our General Manager, entertainment coordinator and hosts the Miss Fire Island Contest.
