When you leave the Orient Point Ferry Terminal, start out going west on Main Road (NY-25).
Stay straight to go onto County Road 48, which becomes North Road.
After about 20 miles from the ferry, turn left onto Love Lane, then a quick right back onto NY-25.
Continue 7 miles, then turn left onto County Road 105 South.
Drive 2 miles, and turn right onto Flanders Road.
Enter the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto County Road 94 West.
Quickly take a slight left onto County Road 51 South.
After 7 miles, take the Route 27 West ramp and merge onto the Sunrise Highway (NY-27).
Travel for 18 miles, then take exit number 49, towards Lakeland Ave/Sayville/Ronkonkoma.
Turn left onto Lakeland Avenue, approaching Sayville.
Eventually, around the second set of railroad tracks, this becomes Railroad Avenue.
In downtown Sayville, make a left turn onto Main Street, then an immediate right at the fork onto
Middle Road.
At the next light, turn right onto Foster Avenue and continue seven blocks to Terry Street.
Make a left onto Terry Street for one block, then a right onto River Road.
Follow the signs for the Cherry Grove Ferry.
